Twice disbarred attorney doesn’t sound as good as twice baked potato

Everybody deserves a second chance. Not everybody makes the most of getting one. Consider the case of Marvin Earl Alback, who can no longer put Esq. on his stationery. For the second time.
Alback was first disbarred and imprisoned in 1988 for ripping off a client.
He was given his ticket back about a decade later, but the temptations of a larcenous heart once again got the best of him, as the Billings Gazette points out in this ABA Journal “Most Read” story.
